Return Policy

We accept returns on all domestic orders. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label. Please return the item within 14 days of receiving the label.

A $6.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund. Items must be in original condition—unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or packing slip) is required.

Used or opened items may be subject to up to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not accept international returns.

To start a return, contact us at returns@bamdealsllc.com. Returns sent without prior approval may be rejected.

Be sure to pack items securely, attach the return label, and drop off with the carrier specified on the label.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email returns@bamdealsllc.com right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned:

Perishables (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products)

Flammable or hazardous materials

Sale items and gift cards

These exclusions will be noted on the product page where applicable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges if the item is unused, in original packaging, and the requested replacement is in stock.

To request an exchange, email returns@bamdealsllc.com with your order number and item details. If not eligible, you may return the item and place a new order once approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow one billing cycle for your bank to post the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, contact us at returns@bamdealsllc.com.
